I have to thank Laurel in the service department @ Natrona Heights for exceptional service and a super helpful experience!! I've been going here for my oil changes, etc for the last year and because of his positive attitude among other amazing qualities I've decided to get my next Jeep here. While waiting for my car to get serviced, I spoke with Justin Taylor in sales and in less than an hour I test drove a Compass, discussed payment options and made an appointment to finalize my next lease. Totally blew Jim Shorkey away- love my new dealership!!
Tim was able to get me set up with my new Renegade in a quick and effortless process on my end. Got all the features I wanted, some I didn't know I wanted until Tim took the time to go through and show me the benefits of all the features and tech with my new Renegade. He knew I had done my homework on what vehicle I wanted, and got me squared away in just a few hours.

February decided I didn't have enough bad things happen to me and threw one more bad tire my way. I had my car towed back to the dealership where i received some conflicting information. I was first told that the tire would take a few days to come in. Then, I was told the tire would be in the following day. 4 days later, my husband went in with his dad to both express our frustration and to get my car. We couldn't afford to keep the rental much longer and ended up taking it to our local guy that we buy all of our tires from on an annual basis. The service center blamed the delay on both easy care and the distributor, but never themselves. I have three issues with these excuses: 1. You guys knew the car needed a tire one way or another, so stating that the tire couldn't be ordered until after easy care inspected it was ridiculous. 2. This dealership is one of the BIGGEST in western PA. How do you not keep plenty of these tires in stock?! Why can you not use a different brand if you are out? 3. People who know they are guilty are normally the first to point the finger at others. I truly think your policies need looked at and revised - I would hate to see this happen to someone else. From now on, when it comes to tires, I will go to my tire guy in town knowing that he knows how to handle EasyCare. I'm hoping other aspects of this service center aren't as rocky as this.
Buying a car was easy and comfortable. No hidden agendas or fees. Very accommodating and understanding. I did not feel pressured and the process was easy.
Had extenuating circumstances with my truck on the day I was to trade it in but the staff at #1 Cochran CDJR didn’t back off and stepped up and gave me a great deal and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend #1 Cochran, have bought several cars from them over the years and always a great experience. I shop no where else!
Great sales team to work with. Easy and professional .. never got the feeling of pressure. Gave me a fair price and good trade. Will return for the next one!
